The Position

Key Responsibilities

- Perform pool openings and closings with meticulous attention to detail

- Execute customizable weekly maintenance packages

- Install and service equipment including salt systems, heaters, pumps, and filters

- Conduct liner replacements and leak detection

- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and water chemistry issues

- Troubleshoot complex pool problems using critical thinking and industry knowledge

- Provide honest, tailored recommendations to each unique client

- Maintain the Superior Pools standard: every service call is performed as if the owner is watching (because often, they are)

Required Qualifications

- Strong work ethic and commitment to finishing every job right

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical skills

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Exceptional attitude and willingness to learn

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

- Self-motivated and reliable—we need someone who shows up ready to work

- Commitment to honesty, reliability, and quality in every task

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Previous experience in pool maintenance, repair, or related trades

- Experience with equipment installations and renovations

- Knowledge of salt systems, heaters, and automated pool systems

- Familiarity with leak detection and water chemistry troubleshooting

- Background in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical work, or similar fields
